Mercado, DECEASED. 26 PR 228 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Thomas E. Laccabue, 24 East Nebraska Street, Frankfort, Illinois 60423, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is, Robert J. Huguelet, Jr., Robert J. Huguelet, Jr., PC, 10749 Winterset Drive, Orland Park, Illinois 60467. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed with the clerk or with the representative, or both, on or before November 6, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act, the date stated in that notice. 3. Community resources and family court counseling services available to assist
the parties.
4. The procedure for setting, modifying and enforcing child support awards, or modifying and enforcing legal custody or physical placement judgments or orders.
(b) The Circuit Court Commissioner shall provide a party, for inspection or purchase, with a copy of the statutory provisions in this chapter generally pertinent to the action.
