Notice is given of the death of Steven H. Loving, of Arlington Heights, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on May 13, 2026 to Kathryn K. Loving, whose attorney is Donald L. Sadowski, 102 S. Wynstone Park Drive, North Barrington, IL 60010 (847) 240-3140. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) the court finds good cause to require supervised administration. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with the representative, or both, on or before November 19, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it is filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
