Letters of Office were issued on February 4th, 2026, to MICHAEL ROBERT SCHIFFERDECKER as Administrator address 206 E. Elizabeth St., Fort Collins, CO 80524 whose attorney is Darran M Barhaugh of The Barhaugh Law Firm, P.C., 134 N. Washington Street, Naperville, IL 60540.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of RICHARD J. DALEY CENTER, 50 W. Washington St., Chicago, IL 60602, or with the representative or both on or before December 1st, 2026* any claim not filed within that period is barred. The public hearing before the Plan Commission will be held on May 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wayne Village Hall, 5N430 Railroad Street, Wayne, IL 60184.
All persons present at the public hearing will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Plan Commission to the attention of the Village Clerk c/o the Wayne Village Hall, 5N430 Railroad St, Wayne, IL 60184, and will be considered if received at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. The Plan Commission reserves the right to continue the public hearing from time to time and in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
