Take notice that a Petition was filed in the Circuit Court of Kane County, Illinois, for the adoption of the minor child named LOLA JANE MORTON.
Now, therefore, unless you, RYAN NEIL BESEKE, and all whom it may concern, file your answer to the Petition in the action or otherwise file your appearance in the office of the Circuit Clerk of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, Kane County, 540 South Randall Road, St. Charles, Illinois 60174, on or before December 19, 2025*, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Petition.
* First publication date shall be at least thirty (30) days prior to the time of default. Notice shall be published for three (3) successive weeks. (750 ILCS 5/2-206).

Notice is hereby provided for a public hearing to be conducted by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Campton Hills, Illinois.
Date, time and place of hearing:
Tuesday, December 2, 2025
7:00 pm

Description of matter to be considered: A revised Comprehensive Plan for the Village of Campton Hills is under consideration. All interested parties desiring to speak on this matter will be provided an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Alternatively, comments or questions may be forwarded to: Village Clerk at tjohnson@ camptonhills.illinois.gov.
Background information: The Village’s comprehensive plan dates from 2012. Such plans are typically reviewed and/or updated every 10-15 years. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted an initial public hearing on the draft plan in May 2025 and subsequently forwarded a recommendation for approval to the Village Board. The Village Board has deliberated on the draft plan and revised certain portions of the draft plan.
A staff memorandum describing recent revisions as well as the most recent version of the draft plan can be found on the Village’s website at:
