The Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District 62, Cook County, Illinois is accepting bid proposals for the North and Central Elementary Schools Additions and Renovations located in Des Plaines, IL.
Bid Period 2 consists of all site, structural, interior buildout, and MEPFP trades.
All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to Community Consolidated School District 62. Contractor’s Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file with Pepper Construction. A pre-bid meeting and site walk is scheduled for Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 6:30 AM CST starting at North Elementary School (1789 Rand Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016) and immediately followed by Central Elementary School (1526 Thacker St, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
Sealed bids are due no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, November 7, 2025 at CCSD 62 Administration Center, 777 E. Algonquin Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016 and shall be marked “SEALED BID, Attention Mark Bertolozzi”.
