The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, NOTICE is hereby given you, RAQUEL MARRERA, RALPH MARRERA, MTGLQ Investors, LP, Non Record Claimants and Unknown Owners and Unknown Occupants, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the above-entitled foreclosure action was filed on September , 2025 and is now pending in Cook County, Illinois, by Plaintiff, VILLAGE OF LEMONT, an Illinois municipal corporation, against you and other Defendants pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-31-1 et seq, praying for the repair of the property commonly known as 1016 Coach Lane, Lemont, Illinois as described as follows, to wit:
Permanent Index Numbers: 22-21-412-003-0000LOT 27 IN CARRIAGE RIDGE ESTATES, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
