ADOPTION NOTICE-- To KEVIN BROWN and any/all unknown fathers and to whom it may concern: Take notice that a petition was filed by JAVIER J. MALDONADO and JUDY K. MALDONADO in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois, for the adoption of a female child named THEO THOMAS FRANK, born to VIRGINIA M. FRANK.
Now, therefore, unless you, KEVIN BROWN and any/all unknown fathers, and all whom it may concern, file your answer to the Petition in the action or otherwise file your appearance therein, in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of this Court in the Lake County Courthouse, 18 N. County Street, Illinois, 60085 on or before the 18th day of May, 2026, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment for Adoption entered in accordance with the prayer of said Petition, Dated 2/18/2026, Illinois.

You are notified that the petitioner named above has filed a Petition for divorce or legal separation against you.
