In accordance with authorizations provided by the Local Records Commission of Cook County, notice is hereby given that Prospect Heights School District 23 intends to dispose of all Special Education Records and Student Temporary Records, which are dated prior to 2021. Annually, thereafter, the district will publish notice of its intention to dispose of all Special Education and temporary records of students who have permanently ceased attending the district for the prior five years or more. Any person wishing to examine, or copy their child’s records, following statutory procedures, must contact school district 23 offices at 847-870-3850 by 3:00 p.m. on August 20, 2026.
