PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sealed Proposals will be received by the Round Lake Area Park District at 814 Hart Road, Round Lake, IL 60073 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, May 29, 2026, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Scope of Project
The project consists of the construction of two (2) full-size soccer fields, a parking lot, and a walking path connection to the existing baseball fields, including all associated grading, sod installation, and establishment.
Project Parameters
• Soccer Fields: Two (2) fields approximately 360 ft x 225 ft each
• Parking Lot: Approximately 60 spaces
• Walking Path: 8â€"10 ft wide connection
Contractors shall base bids on these parameters.
Bid documents may be obtained at the Guest Services desk of the Round Lake Area Park District, 814 Hart Rd, Round Lake, IL 60073, during open hours or on the Park District's website www.rlapd.org under the tab “About Us.”

The Plan Commission reserves the right to continue the public hearing from time to time and in accordance with the requirements of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
