FABYAN PARKWAY PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

KANE COUNTY DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION
The Kane County Division of Transportation (KDOT) cordially invites you to attend a public information meeting regarding future improvements to transportation infrastructure on Fabyan Parkway between IL Route 25 and IL Route 31.
   Date: May 20, 2026
   Time: 5:30 to 7 p.m.
   Location: Covenant Living at the Holmstad
           Commons Building Auditorium
           700 West Fabyan Parkway
           Batavia, IL 60510
This meeting will be conducted in an open house format and residents may attend any time between 5:30 and 7 p.m. Exhibits will be on display and project team members will be present to discuss the project and answer questions.
This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities. For accommodations, contact Jack Melhuish at (815) 759-8342 or jmelhuish@hrgreen.com by May 15, 2026 (five days prior to the meeting).

Judy, Law Offices of Lauren E. Jackson, 1218 E. Main St., Ste. B St. Charles, IL 60174.
Claims against the estate may be filed within six months from the date of first publication. Any claim not filed within six months from the date of first publication or claims not filed within three months from the date of mailing or delivery of a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later, shall be barred.
Claims may be filed in the office of the Clerk of 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Kane County, Probate Administration, 100 S. Third St., Room 112, Geneva, IL 60134, or with the representative or both.

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the district’s plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the district for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are a parent of a home-schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of Schaumburg School District 54, you are invited to attend.
