LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that Community College District No. 509, Elgin Community College, is accepting BIDS for Chromebooks & carts. BID documents for the 4-25 Chromebooks & Carts Purchase can be obtained at https://www.bhfxplanroom.com/jobs/public. ALL bids must be sent in via the BHFX plan room by 1:30 PM prevailing time, March 25, 2025.
A public bid opening will be conducted remotely on March 25, 2025 at 1:30 PM prevailing time via Zoom https://elgin-edu.zoom.us/j/91606195796.
Elgin Community College reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS received, to waive any informalities or technicalities of the BID or to reject any non-responsive BID in the interest of Elgin Community College. Late BIDs will not be accepted. The College is committed to actively promoting and encouraging the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities in the CollegeĆ¢s procurement process. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
