 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the above cause on March 4, 2026, the Sheriff of DuPage County will in the jail visitation lobby, at 10:00 a.m. on July 7, 2026, of the DuPage County Sheriffâs Office, 501 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, as set forth below, the following property described real estate:
LOT 4 IN WOODHILL RESUBDIVISION BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 38 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED MAY 22, 1995 AS DOCUMENT NO. R95-61242, IN DUPAGE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

                 Darien, Illinois 60561
 The judgment amount was $196,153.59
 Sale terms: 10% down of certified funds; the balance, by certified funds, is due within twenty-four (24) hours. The subject property is subject to general real estate taxes, assessments, special assessments or special taxes levied against said real estate and is offered for sale without any representation as to quality or quantity of title and without recourse to Plaintiff and in âAS ISâ condition. The sale is further subject to confirmation by the court.
 Upon payment in full of the amount bid, the purchaser shall receive a Certificate of Sale, which will entitle the purchaser to a Deed to the real estate after confirmation of the sale.
 The property will NOT be open for inspection. Prospective bidders are admonished to check the Court file to verify all information.
