FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALL OF THEATRICAL DRAPES
LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that Community College District No. 509, Elgin Community College, is accepting BIDS for the purchase and installation of theatrical drapes. 6-25 Theatrical Drapes Purchase and Installation can be found at https://www.bhfxplanroom.com/jobs/public.
There is a Mandatory Walk through of the space on Wednesday April 23rd at 12:30pm. The bidders should meet the Building H entrance - location: Elgin Community College 1700 Spartan Dr Elgin IL 60123, Building H1-1 Entrance Lobby. Attendance will be taken and only vendors who attended the walkthrough can submit a bid.
ALL bids must be sent in via the BHFX plan room by 11:30 AM prevailing time, May 2nd, 2025. A public bid opening will be conducted remotely on May 2nd, 2025, at 11:30AM prevailing time via Zoom https://elgin-edu.zoom.us/j/92333946363.
Elgin Community College reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS received, to waive any informalities or technicalities of the BID or to reject any non-responsive BID in the interest of Elgin Community College. Late BIDs will not be accepted. The College is committed to actively promoting and encouraging the participation of businesses owned by Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities in the College’s procurement process. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
