Official notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received in the office of the Assistant Director of Procurement Services, College of Lake County, 19351 W. Washington Street, Room 186E (E Building), Grayslake, IL 60030 until 2:00 p.m. local time on December 9, 2025 and then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 p.m. for the following:

FLOORING REPLACEMENT PHASE 2
INTENT:
It is the intent of the College of Lake County (CLC) to enter into an Agreement with a Contractor to demo. existing flooring and procure/install carpet, HVT, walk-off tile, and wall base in various areas around both the Grayslake and Southlake campuses. The Grayslake Campus is located at 19351 W Washington St, Grayslake, IL 60030 and Southlake Campus is located at 1120 S Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
