BID NOTICE
Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Bidders’ Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: 2025 PATH REPLACEMENT PROJECT. Owner will receive sealed Bidder’s Proposal for the Work until May 15, 2025 10:00 A.M. local time, at Owner’s office located at 200 E. Cook Ave. Libertyville, IL 60048, at which time, or as soon thereafter as possible, all Bidders’ Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each Bidder's Proposal shall be accompanied by a security deposit of at least ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's Price Proposal in the form of a Bid Bond.
