BID NOTICE:
The Village of Roselle is accepting proposals for the Kennedy Force Main Rehabilitation located along Plum Grove Road in the Villages of Roselle, Elk Grove Village, and Schaumburg. These improvements shall consist of the rehabilitation of approximately 6,000 linear feet of sanitary force main, full bypass pumping operations to maintain continuous sanitary service throughout construction, traffic control including temporary traffic signals along the Cook County corridor, roadway and median removal and restoration, and any ancillary work necessary. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Village of Roselle Public Works Department, 474 Congress Circle North, Roselle, IL 60172. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the same location, to the attention of Matthew Morrison, Public Works Director, at which time they will be opened. Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal for the Kennedy Force Main Rehabilitation.” Bid documents can be downloaded from the Village’s website: www.roselle.il.us. Prospective bidders must provide the latest copy of their IDOT Certificate of Eligibility or the Work History Statement (which can be found in the back of the bid documents) to the Village via e-mail to engineering@roselle.il.us.
