BID NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to all Bidders that the Bloomingdale Park District will be accepting sealed bids for Janitorial Services for the Johnston Recreation Center located at 172 S. Circle Ave., Bloomingdale, IL 60108.
All work shall be in accordance with the specifications set forth in the Bid Documents, including scope of work, and other State and Local regulations as applicable.
Bid Documents may be obtained at Bloomingdale Park District, Johnston Recreation Center located at 172 S. Circle Ave., Bloomingdale, Il 60108, beginning January 28, 2026, Monday-Friday 9am - 3pm (CST) or by emailing parks@bloomingdaleparks.org
Bids must be submitted using the forms provided; other formats may be subject to rejection.
There will be a voluntary pre-bid meeting at the project site: Johnston Recreation Center located at 172 S. Circle Ave., Bloomingdale, Il 60108., on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026. at 10:00 am CST.
Sealed Bid proposals will be submitted in an opaque envelope and shall be plainly marked,
“JANITORIAL SERVICES BID†and marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:
Bloomingdale Park District,
Attn: Executive Director
172 S. Circle Avenue,
Bloomingdale, Illinois, 60108,
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 am CST on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026. at the Johnston Recreation Center 172 S. Circle Ave, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. Bids will be opened and read aloud beginning at 10:00 am. All bids shall be valid for at least 60 days.
General questions may be directed to Mesha Hadzic, Bloomingdale Park District at (630) 529-3650.
All bidders will be required to certify that they are compliant with laws governing bid-rigging, bid rotation, equal opportunity employment and sexual harassment and are not barred from contracting with any unit of state or local government.
The Bloomindale Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or portion thereof, or to waive minor deviations from the bid documents, if it deems it is in the public interest to do so.
Please publish on January 12, 2026, and provide a Certificate of Publication.
