Notice is hereby given to all Bidders that the Wheeling Park District will be accepting sealed bids for Food & Beverage temporary labor for the Chevy Chase Country Club, 1000 N. Milwaukee Road, Wheeling, Illinois.
Specifications may be accessed through the website under Bids & RFPs at www.wheelingparkdistrict.com.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. At such time, bids will be opened in Room 204 of the Community Recreation Center, 100 Community Blvd., Wheeling, Illinois 60090, and read aloud.
General questions may be directed to the Superintendent of Country Club Operations, Brian Montgomery at bmontgomery@wheelingparkdistrict.comor (847) 465-7672.
All bidders will be required to certify that they are in compliance with laws governing bid-rigging, bid rotation, equal opportunity employment, and sexual harassment.
The Wheeling Park District Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bid, or portion thereof, or to waive minor deviations from the bid documents if it deems it is in the public interest to do so.
