Community Consolidated School District 59 will open sealed bids on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 11:30 AM for Student Transportation Services on a procurement portal powered by Bonfire Interactive for distributing bid specifications and accepting, evaluating, and awarding bids electronically.
A pre-bid mandatory meeting is scheduled at the Administration Center, 1001 Leicester Road, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, on January 26, 2026, at 11:00 am. Failure to attend this meeting will disqualify the bidder.
Bid documents containing specifications, equal employment opportunities, and other pertinent information are available at https://CCSD59.bonfirehub.com/login. Registration is free. Bids are due by 11:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, February 17th, 2025, via the Bonfire portal. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Community Consolidated School District 59 shall be mailed to the District office by bid due date February 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., sealed and labeled Student Transportation Bid. A virtual public bid opening will be held through Zoom (Meeting ID: 864 8184 3691) at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, February 17th, 2026.
