NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 Notice is hereby given that a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Batavia Township & Countryside Fire Protection District, in the County of Kane and State of Illinois, for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026, is now on file and will be conveniently available for public inspection for a period of thirty (30) days commencing May 15, 2025, at the home of District president, Peter M. Donat, 931 Woodland Avenue, Batavia, Illinois and at the Law Office of Gabrielle A. Gosselin, 133 S. Batavia Avenue,
Batavia, Illinois and at the Office of the Batavia Fire Department, 800 East Wilson Street, Batavia, Kane.County, Illinois.
 Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 6:30 p.m. on June 23, 2026, at the Batavia Fire Department, 800 East Wilson Street, Batavia, Kane County, Illinois, in said Fire Protection District, and that final action on said Ordinance will be taken by the Board of Trustees of the Batavia Township & Countryside Fire Protection District, at a meeting thereof to be held at 6:30 p.m. on June 23, 2026, at said location.
