MELROSE LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS
Sealed Bids for the ViIlage of Round Lake Beach will be received at HMG Engineers located at 975 Campus Drive Mundelein, IL 60060 until Tuesday, September 15th at 11:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the Melrose Lift Station Improvements (including wetwell, pumps, two vaults, sanitary sewer with manholes and sanitary force main) as shown on the plans and detailed in the specifications. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1320 Melrose Ave., Round Lake Beach, IL. All construction will take place in or near Round Lake Beach, IL. The Construction Contract for this project is subject to The Prevailing Wage Act. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount, payable to the Order of the Village of Round Lake Beach. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
