VILLAGE OF ROUND LAKE HEIGHTS
ROLLINS ROAD WATER MAIN EXTENSION
Sealed Bids for the Project will be received at Village Hall located at 619 Pontiac Ct, Round Lake Heights, IL 60073 until June 3rd, 2026 at 9:00 am. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of 1825 LF of 8-inch RJIB C900 water main, 6 fire hydrants, and 2 valve vaults. The work shall be completed in accordance with the project specifications and plans. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon application at the office of HMG Engineers, Inc., 975 Campus Drive, Mundelein, IL 60060 or via email to Karen Sheldon at ksheldon@hmgengineers.com. Documents will be provided electronically in PDF format. Proposals must be submitted on the proper forms contained in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, payable to the Order of the Village of Round Lake Heights.
