The Petitioner seeks approval of a concurrent preliminary and final plat of resubdivision of the above referenced parcels in order to facilitate their sale for commercial redevelopment. The subdivision will create a single lot of record with an area of +/- 0.637 acres (âPlatâ). In conjunction with approval of the Plat, the City may modify or waive any provisions of the Cityâs Subdivision Regulations including, without limitation, any applicable requirements for public improvements. The hearing may also result in any other relief necessary to fully grant the petition, approve the Plat, and authorize the proposed redevelopment and use of the Subject Property.
Interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing, and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
A copy of the agenda and supporting materials will be available for inspection no later than the Friday before the scheduled meeting date at the Cityâs website, www.cityrm.org, or in person at City Hall, 3600 Kirchoff Road, during City Hallâs operating hours (weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00 pm).
