The requisite affidavit(s) having been duly filed herein, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE RESPONDENT IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED ACTION, FRANCISCO DANIEL GUTIERRZ CORONA, that said action has been commenced in said Court by the Petitioner, naming you as Respondent therein praying for a Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage to enter in favor of Petitioner, and for other relief; that summons has been issued out of this Court against you as provided by law, and, that this action is still pending and undetermined in said Court.
