NPL Construction Company, 382 W. Lincoln Highway Cortland, IL 60112, (630)995- 3124 is seeking disadvantaged business for the CITY OF ELGIN- LEAD SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT CONTRACT C project for subcontracting in the following areas: landscaping and paving restoration, trucking, materials, and hydro-excavation. All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING, (certified letter, return receipt requested), Adam Wilinski, General Superintendent, to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated once received. All negotiations must be completed prior to bid opening on April 24, 2025.
