That part of lot 1 in Willow Brook Farm Subdivision, being a Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 43 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat thereof recorded December 23, 1999 as document number 4469882, in Lake County, Illinois, lying south of the center line of Illinois Route 22, bearings and distances are based on the llinois State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone, NAD83 (2011 Adjustment), with a combined factor of 0.9999600555, more particularty described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said lot l; thence North 89 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East, 231.95 feet; thence North 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds East, 104.10 feet; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East. 11.29 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West, 18.25 feet; thence westerly, along a curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 49935.00 feet, an arc distance of 286.70 feet, a chord bearing South 89 degrees 40 minutes 08 seconds West, and a chord distance of 286.70 feet; thence South 00 degrees 29 minutes 44 seconds East, 70.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 29 minutes 16 seconds West, 28.77 feet; thence northerly, along a curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 273.14 feet, an arc distance of 6.39 feet, a chord bearing North 02 degrees 43 minutes 25 seconds West, and a chord distance of 6.39 feet to the west line of a parcel described in document number 1816796; thence North 02 degrees 03 minutes 13 seconds West, 73.83 feet to the Point of Beginning.

 Summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and said suit is now pending.
 The said Complaint is for the ascertainment of the just compensation to be paid to the Owner, Owners, Interested Parties, or Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants for the temporary easement to the above-described real property described in Exhibit A sought to be acquired for the purpose of a public highway.
 Now, therefore, unless you, the said UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, file your appearance in the said suit in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lake County, Law Division, Lake County Judicial Center, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085 on or before August 5, 2025 an order of default may be entered against you at any time after that day and Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
