 The requisite Affidavit For Service By Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants in this cause, that the Illinois Department of Transportation has filed its Complaint For Condemnation in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Lake County, Illinois, for condemnation pursuant to the eminent domain laws of the State of Illinois, of the lands and premises in the Complaint situated in Lake County, State of Illinois, to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 44 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on the Illinois Coordinate System, NAD 83(2011) East Zone, with a combination factor of 0.9999502657, described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36; thence on an Illinois Coordinate System NAD 83(2011) East Zone bearing of North 0 degrees 15 minutes 37 seconds East along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36, a distance of 295.80 feet (294.7 feet, recorded) (4.49 chains, recorded) to the center line of Illinois Route 60 and Illinois Route 83 recorded July 9, 1929 as document number 339732; thence North 56 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West along the said center line of Illinois Route 60 and Illinois Route 83, a distance of 95.99 feet to the southwest corner of Order Vesting Title case number 85 ED 60 filed January 7, 1986 in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Lake County, Illinois and the point of beginning; thence continuing North 56 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West along the said center line of Illinois Route 60 and Illinois Route 83, a distance of 83.23 feet to the southwest corner of the grantor according to warranty deed recorded March 19, 1987 as document number 2546619; thence North 35 degrees 03 minutes 41 seconds East along the northwesterly line of the grantor, according to said warranty deed, a distance of 173.61 feet (172.9 feet, recorded) to the northwest corner of the grantor; thence South 57 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds East along the northeasterly line of the grantor, according to said warranty deed, a distance of 59.67 feet (65 feet, recorded) to the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes 37 seconds West along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 36, a distance of 109.70 feet to the northeast corner of said Order Vesting Title, case number 85 ED 60; thence North 89 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds West along the north line of said Order Vesting Title case number 85 ED 60, a distance of 33.00 feet to a northwesterly line of said Order Vesting Title; thence South 61 degrees 59 minutes 03 seconds West along a northwesterly line of said Order Vesting Title case number 85 ED 60, a distance of 28.40 feet (28.42 feet, recorded) to an angle point on said northwesterly line and a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Illinois Route 60 and Illinois Route 83 recorded July 9, 1929 as document number 339734; thence South 33 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West along a northwesterly line of said Order Vesting Title case number 85 ED 60, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel containing 0.363 acre, more or less, of which 0.167 acre, more or less, was previously dedicated or used for highway purposes, with a permanent tax identification number of 10-36-400-014.
 Summons was duly issued out of said court against you as provided by law and such cause is now pending. The aforesaid Complaint For Condemnation is for the ascertainment of the just compensation to be paid to the owner or owners for the taking of a full fee simple interest in the real property above-described as Parcel 1NZ0254.
 NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above named defendants, file your appearance in this cause, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Lake County, 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois on or before the Eighth day of April, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day, or the case may be tried at any time after said date, and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
