LEGAL NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY OF LAKE, a body politic and corporate of Illinois, Plaintiff, vs. TIFFANY N.
