The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you,
UNKNOWN OWNERS
Defendant(s) in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the acquisition of a title in fee simple for highway purposes to the premises described in Exhibit "A", to wit:

That part of Lot 9 in Rumpf Addition to West Shore Park, being a subdivision of Lots "F" and "G" in West Shore Park, of part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 44 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded June 3, 1946 as document number 591421, in Lake County, Illinois, bearings and distances are based on the Illinois Coordinate System, NAD 83(201 1) East Zone, with a combination factor of 0.9999502657, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 9; thence on an Illinois Coordinate System NAD 83(2011) East Zone bearing of North 28 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West along the southwesterly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 124.99 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 9; thence North 61 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East along the northwesterly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 9.32 feet; thence South 28 degrees. 13 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 124. 99 feet to the southeasterly line of said Lot 9; thence South 61 degrees 46 minutes SO seconds West along the southeasterly line of said Lot 9, a distance of 9.32 feet to the point of beginning.
Said parcel containing 0.027 acre, more or less.
And for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the said Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court against the above-captioned defendants as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.Â
 NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above Defendant(s), file or otherwise make your appearance herein, in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court, 18 N. County St., Waukegan, IL 60085, on or before the 8th day of December, 2025, a trial may be held and a judgment taken against you for the relief asked in the Complaint.
