The Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Galligan Board Room on the third floor of the Glen Ellyn Civic Center, 535 Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, Illinois. The Plan Commission will consider the following Variation to the Zoning Code: Section 10-4-17-2(G)19 - to allow the operation of a sit down bar/restaurant with up to 42 indoor seats with 0 public parking spaces provided on site, in lieu of the 11 parking spaces required. All persons who are interested are invited to attend the public hearing to listen and be heard.
