The Project is located at 200 E Sigwalt St, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. Bids will be privately opened. Sealed Bids will be accepted until July 03, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the office of: Village of Arlington Heights Village Hall Attn: Paula Kereluk, Purchasing Coordinator 33 South, Arlington Heights Road. Arlington Heights, IL 60004 Bid packages being solicited include: -4.3290: Landscaping & Irrigation (Police Station) and Rain Garden (MWRD Grant) -4.3295: Brick Pavers (Police Station) and Permeable Brick Pavers (MWRD Grant) Administrative The Village of Arlington Heights is publicly inviting firms to submit bid proposals. Bidding contractors are advised that there are two funding sources and will be required to provide the proper bid breakdown (Police Station and MWRD Grant). The intent of the Village is to award one (1) contractor for each bid package identified above. Those bidding contractors who have not completed and returned the construction managers prequalification form and required additional information (OSHA logs, Letter from Surety, and (2) Years Financial Statements) must submit this form with all other bidding documents on or before bid due date. Bidding Contractors must submit their proposal on the Bid Form and include a 10% bid bond. Bidding documents are available (beginning June 13, 2018) through Riley Construction Company, 926 North Shore Drive, Lake Bluff, IL 60044.
