Training & Support Station Team Leader Supervise 3 service techs & train customers' airport staff in using software for airport passenger check- in, security vetting, & ground operations. Must be available to work at Chicago, IL area office but req's little travel to various unanticipated locations in USA, Canada & other international customers' sites. Create & update training manual. Req's 3 yrs experience in airport passenger check- in & ground operations plus passenger security requirements in USA & Canada, including supervising/training airport personnel in Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE), secure flight software, & government regulatory compliance. Must pass test for competence & knowledge in US & Canadian immigration, US TSA & FAA regs, Transport Canada regs, & other "secure flight" requirements for US domestic & international flights.
